This is one of the most recent released anime on this list. When I first started watching this show, I was expecting your average isekai anime without any creative content. After all, most isekai anime follow the same concept and plot over and over, so I was not expecting much out of this anime.
However, it turns out this show actually has a very unique and hilarious concept. In this anime, the main character, who turns into a girl, and his friend are transported to another world.
To make things even more interesting, the goddess who summoned them cursed them so that no man is capable of resisting the allure of the MC, who just turned into a girl. The two old men must now travel the land and defeat the demon lord while avoiding falling in love with each other.
This anime contains no ecchi or fanservice scenes, making it suitable for all ages. It’s just a pure comedy-filled adventure that I know you’ll enjoy!

Youjo senki
I was just talking about a comedy anime, but now let’s take a look at its complete opposite—Youjo Senki.
This is an anime that is pretty dark because it is military themed and people die all the time.
The main character of this anime was a salaryman who never believed in God. He was also very rude and strict to his colleagues. So, one day, one of his coworkers pushed him in front of a running train out of hatred.
At this moment, a being identifying itself as god appeared in front of the MC. However, being an atheist, he insulted God, calling him “Being X,” and swore to never believe in stuff like “God.”
Being X accepted it as a challenge and reincarnated him as a girl in a fantasy world filled with war and suffering, so that he would end up relying on God when everything seemed hopeless. The MC now has to survive the world, participate in the military, and overcome all the problems that “God” puts him through.

Kokoro Connect
Kokoro Connect is a really interesting slice-of-life anime that is centered around five school students.
These five students are boys and girls who do not fit into any of their school’s clubs. So they formed a club for themselves called the “Student Cultural Society.”
However, things take an interesting turn when, all of a sudden, a boy and a girl from that group swap bodies.
At first, it seemed too random, but the phenomenon reoccurs, swapping the bodies of the members of that club.
The boys and girls of that club switch bodies and now has to live as them until they are reverted back to their normal bodies.
This phenomenon has caused them to discover each other’s secrets, forcing club members to confront each other’s feelings.
Back Street Girls
Back Street Girls is an interesting anime where guys turn into girls. The story revolves around three Yakuza thugs.
They have failed their missions and are in trouble. The Yakuza boss gives them two options. One, they must sell their organs in order to pay the money. Two, they must travel to Thailand for a surgery to change their sex.
The trio goes with option number two and has been trained day and night on being girlish. Their mission is to become top idols and rake in tons of money.
However, there is only one problem. They still have Yakuza pride and practice. In order to deal with this, the boss hires the best ever idol manager in Japan.
With the help of the legendary manager, they have to truly transform into cute girls who have enough charm to grasp the hearts of people and make them their fans.
Ranma 1/2
Ranma 1/2 is probably one of the most popular animes where a boy turns into a girl. It has a bunch of sequels and side stories, so if you’re planning to watch this show, you’re going to be occupied for a while.

Disappointed in himself, he strolls along the mountain where the boy and the girl first met. However, his mind was too occupied, and he got lost. He then sees a shooting star and wishes upon it. The MC didn’t ask for anything specific. He just asked for some sort of a plot twist in his life.
Soon after, he is transformed into a girl, and he must navigate his new life while also making new efforts to develop relationships with the other students.
Kampfer
Kampfer are powerful girls who are destined to fight each other. They can use swords, guns, and other weapons to get this job done.
In such a world, our main character (MC) is nothing but a normal high school boy. But one day, he gets mysteriously turned into a girl, and a magical doll explains to him that he has become a Kampfer.
Now, he has to fend off the other Kampfer girls who try to kill him, all the while attending school like a normal person.
This is a fun action-comedy anime with a bit of girls’ love and ecchi in it. A perfect watch for anyone hoping to kill time.

This is a wholesome ecchi-harem anime series about a bunch of high school students who are entangled in a magical phenomenon.
One day, Yamada accidentally falls on top of a girl, and they end up locking lips. Because of the kiss, they switch bodies magically.
When Yamada and the girl look into this supernatural phenomenon, they find out that there are “seven witches” in the school. Each of their powers can be activated by a kiss.
This anime is about the school life of Yamada and the seven witches who form the supernatural club and work together on exploring magical phenomena.
Cinderella Boy
Cinderella Boy is an action-comedy anime series about a male and a female detective who work as partners.
One day, during a crime investigation, the two were badly injured. However, to their surprise, they woke up completely healed. But the only difference is that they were merged into a single being who swapped forms every night.
The male and female detectives are initially not aware that they are swapping forms and carry on with their detective activities.
This is a pretty old anime series, but it is definitely interesting and has a unique plot that is completely worth your time.
