Kubo Won’t Let Me Be Invisible TV Anime Shares Lovely New Visual
January 10 marks the premiere of the Kubo Won’t Let Me Be Invisible TV anime, based on the romantic comedy manga by Nene Yukimori. To get everyone ready, Kadokawa released the gorgeous new visual above.
Rent-a-Girlfriend director Kazuomi Koga is at the helm for this one, with Yuya Takahashi (Selection Project) on series composition and Yoshiko Saito (animation director on Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation) handling character designs at anime studio PINE JAM (Kageki Shojo!!).
The original manga is available on Shueisha’s MANGA Plus app. HIDIVE will stream the anime, and here’s the official synopsis:
Junta Shiraishi has just one goal: to experience youth to the fullest! But this is easier said than done. Junta is so socially invisible that people at school would swear he skipped class even when he’s sitting right behind them. Everything changes when Junta meets Nagisa Kubo. She’s the only person who pays Junta any attention, and her constant teasing is sure to turn Junta’s quiet life upside down because Kubo won’t let him be invisible!
